1. Pick a date

Review our calendar of available live sessions and pick one that works for you. There are courses in the daytime and evening.

The session will take place via Zoom and will last 2.5 hours.

2. Sign up

Set up your account and pay for the course directly or with a voucher code if your employer has provided you with one.

3. Complete the first module

Complete our core online learning module. This should take between 3-4 hours, but it can be broken down into multiple shorter learning sessions.

This course has been developed using the very latest teaching methodologies and includes immersive award-winning content direct from the Resuscitation Council UK.

4. Live session

Join your live session with fellow students led by one of our experienced instructors. This will be an opportunity to get any questions answered from the online element.

The instructor will demonstrate the key practical elements of the course and you'll complete a short assessment.

5. Get your certificate

Once you've completed your online course, attended the live session and had passed practical video assessed you will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.

You'll also get ongoing monthly updates and at your one-year anniversary will be able to complete a full online Annual Refresher course.
